Good Tiger Yoga is so excited to collaborate with Chelsea Knight, Founder of Hard Core Yoga and yoga teacher to the University of Oregon sports teams and professional athletes.
In this 5-day retreat we will greet each morning with a 2-hour yoga practice followed by a delicious breakfast made of local ingredients on the roof of Hotel Cinco pool-side. Following breakfast, we will head to ocean where we will spend the first day with some basic SUP instruction, on board yoga, and then build to our final day of SUP surfing – no experience required.
Hosted by the Luxury Surf Boutique Hotel, Hotel Cinco in Punta de Mita, Mexico. Every two or three bedroom villa is ocean front. The bedrooms are single or double occupancy and have their own full bathrooms. Our hosts Greg and Horacio will be on-hand to provide local information and anything needed to make our stay comfortable. All villas are designed with modern ocean /surf décor, full kitchens with Viking appliances, television, music, air-conditioning, and large ocean front balcony.

3:00pm – Arrive at Hotel Cinco for check-in.
7:30pm – Welcome dinner of locally sourced ingredients and some special raw treats prepared by Chef James will be served.
7:00am – Wake up to fresh juice and coffee/tea and morning roof top Vinyasa.
8:30am – Enjoy a fresh locally sourced leisurely breakfast after yoga.
10:00am – After our breakfast we will prepare for our SUP adventure on the ocean .
11:30am – A light yummy protein packed snack will be provided after your time on the ocean and then you will have the afternoon, to play, hike, visit local towns, paddle, or just relax.
5:30pm – Yin Yoga and meditation will begin at 5:30pm and carry us into a delectable experience of conscious cuisine for Dinner.
7:00pm – Chef James will prepare a meal to be remembered building off our intention of mindfulness and connecting to our courage and purpose.
Same as Day 2, with more SUP skills training, surfing optional, Dinner out at local restaurant. Potential group excursion to the Marietta’s and snorkeling to hidden beach.
Same as Day 3 with more SUP skills, surfing optional. Dinner prepared by Chef James.
8:00am – Morning Yoga and farewell breakfast.
12:00pm – Departure.
